Skipping stones

I don’t remember the last time I had a morning to simply walk and relax. Yesterday we woke up and walked a couple blocks to the river. It was a cool, crisp morning. It was refreshing. I hadn’t done it since I was a kid, but I spent about a half hour just skipping stones across the water. It might possibly be one of the best stress relievers out there. Find the perfect stone, get the right rotation, angle, speed…see how many skips you can get and how far across it will go. Beautiful.

    Yes, skipping stones is a great stress reliever. And a crisp, cool morning! I’ve already forgotten about those… in central fla it only gets down to about 77 in the morning with thick, humid air.
